Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.


Shipping Locations

At this time, Sevenstar ships exclusively within the United States.


Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship all orders via USPS Standard Shipping.

 

  • Flat Rate Shipping: A flat shipping fee will apply to all orders.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over the minimum spend amount qualify for free standard shipping. The minimum spend amount will be displayed at checkout.

 


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

 


Pre-Orders

For pre-order items, shipping times may vary. The estimated ship date will be noted in the product description. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship when all items are available.
